Grow HR Consulting, LLC focuses on providing mission-critical HR services to small to mid-sized companies in and around the Houston area. Generally these companies have no HR department and usually have someone in Operations or Accounting that handles the HR function as best they can. This is our niche and we service this type of client because this is where we are most effective and can offer the most value.
Stella has been in human resources since 2000. The first 10 years was in a corporate HR environment for a company with 400 employees; before that she was a recruiter for 9 years. She earned her PHR in 2005 and her SHRM-CP in 2015. Since 2010 she has been an HR Consultant working with a local Benefits Broker, and in January 2015 she decided to follow her American dream and created Grow HR Consulting, LLC. Over the years she has helped numerous businesses with their HR issues. Stella understands the small business owner and what keeps them awake at night.
